Service Management 101 has successfully completed a rigorous application and review program to become an EXIN Partner, ITIL Accredited Courseware Provider (ACP) and ITIL Accredited Training Provider (ATP). This continues a long-standing commitment by its founder and Principal, Ian Clayton, to providing services that help IT organizations protect any future or existing investment in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and other relevant service management qualification schemes.

As an EXIN ITIL ACP, Service Management 101 is authorized to incorporate diagrammatic and textual content from ITIL in its courseware and license use of that courseware to any third-party. We also provide ongoing support in class delivery, and an optional 'train the trainer' program to ensure instructors are of the highest possible quality. It remains our intent to provide said courseware as economically as possible to enable as many IT professionals to become and remain aware of the scope and content of ITIL.

The courseware offered is developed by experienced subject matter experts and includes both accredited and companion content. All courseware is provided as 'Courseware as a Service (CaaS), and as part of a license arrangement that requires a one-time annual charge, and allows unlimited use. Regular updates and support is available through an additional annual maintenance plan.
